Scott wins third runner of the year award

— Arkansas senior Dominique Scott is the Southeastern Conference runner of the year for the third consecutive time.

Scott won her third individual championship at the SEC cross country meet last month in College Station, Texas, easily defeating the second-place finisher by 17 seconds.

Arkansas men's coach Chris Bucknam and Lance Harter were named SEC coaches of the year for cross country. Christian Heymsfield, who finished second at the SEC meet, was the league's freshman scholar-athlete of the year.
