FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas has nearly completed the installation of a new video board at Bud Walton Arena.
The new video board is part of a $4 million renovation to the 22-year-old facility. Workers are also replacing the sound system in the arena.
Arkansas is replacing the video board for the first time since 2003 and adding high-definition capability for the first time.
The Razorbacks are scheduled to play the first of two exhibitions at the arena on Nov. 5 and are scheduled to play the season opener against Southern there on Nov. 13.
