Lemming high on Arkansas' monster commitment

National recruiting analyst Tom Lemming of CBS Sports Network is high on Hog LB commit Bumper Pool's talent and sees him making a quick impact.

CBS Sports Network national recruiting analyst Tom Lemming believes Arkansas gaining the commitment of offensive tackle Dalton Wagner was a big catch for the Hogs.

Wagner, 6-9, 312 pounds, of Richmond-Burton High School in Richmond, Ill., committed to Coach Bret Bielema and offensive line coach Kurt Anderson during his visit to Fayetteville on Thursday and made public his pledge on Friday.

He picked the Hogs over scholarship offers from Missouri, California, Virginia, Purdue, Louisville, Illinois, Vanderbilt, Indiana and others.

"He's a monster in size and a terrific all-around athlete," Lemming said. "He can bend his knees, efficient in sliding outside and cutting off edge rushers."

Lemming, who has 38 years of experience on the national recruiting scene, rates Wagner a 4-star plus prospect.

"He could weigh 340 and look thin," Lemming said. "He possesses as much potential as any tackle in the country."
