Arkansas picked up a commitment from one of the top right-handed pitchers in the country Monday.

Jackson Rutledge (6-foot-8, 240 pounds) committed to the Razorbacks after de-committing from Kansas State. He is a rising senior at Rockwood Summit High School in St. Louis and is the 19th player to commit to Arkansas for the class of 2017, according to a database at HogNation.net.

Perfect Game rates Rutledge a 10 out of 10, which means he is likely to be a top draft prospect next year. His fastball has been clocked at 91 mph.

PrepBaseballReport.com rates him as the No. 1 prospect in the state of Missouri.

As a junior, Rutledge recorded a 7-1 record with a 2.73 ERA. He struck out 44 in 41 innings.

Arkansas also has a 2016 signee named Jackson Rutledge - a left-handed pitcher from Benton, La.

Verbal commitments are non-binding.
