FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas baseball will have at least 11 regular-season games aired on ESPN's family of networks in 2016, the Southeastern Conference announced Thursday.
The Razorbacks will play seven games on the SEC Network, three on ESPNU and one on ESPN2.
In addition, their SEC opener at South Carolina on March 18 will be part of a Bases Loaded telecast on the SEC Network, in which all seven conference openers will be aired during a four-hour compilation. That game can also be watched in its entirety online on the SEC Network Plus.
The April 14 game against Florida at Baum Stadium on ESPNU is one of three regular-season SEC games with an 8 p.m. first pitch, but the only one on a Thursday. The other 8 p.m. games are LSU at Texas A&M (March 25) and Tennessee at Alabama (March 26).
More games can be picked up by the SEC Network later in the season, as the network has five wildcard selections that allow it to air the best match ups.
All SEC Tournament games will be televised on the SEC Network, with the championship game airing on ESPN2.
Arkansas' three games in the Houston College Classic in February will also be nationally televised. Its games against Rice, Houston and Texas Tech will be aired on the MLB Network.
The Razorbacks open their season Feb. 19 with a three-game series against Central Michigan at Baum Stadium.
