Razorbacks fall to No. 13 Mississippi State

FAYETTEVILLE (AP) — Victoria Vivians scored 17 points and No. 13 Mississippi State never trailed and beat Arkansas 65-55 on Sunday.

Dominique Dillingham and Morgan William added 11 points apiece for the Bulldogs (19-4, 6-3 SEC), whose win follows the program's first ever against Tennessee, a 65-63 overtime victory on Friday.

Jessica Jackson and Jordan Danberry each had 12 points to lead Arkansas (9-13, 4-5), which has lost three straight.

Vivians scored six points, and the Razorbacks missed 12 of 15 shots and had four turnovers as the Bulldogs built a 16-8 lead in the first quarter and led 27-18 at halftime.

Mississippi State had 16-point leads in the third and fourth quarter. Jackson made a 3-pointer, sparking a 7-2 spurt to pull the Razorbacks to 54-45 with 4:32 left in the fourth. Dillingham scored five points and the Bulldogs made 6 of 8 free throws to seal it.
