10 championship football coaches who were assistants at Arkansas

Look at any football championship roster in the past five decades and chances are decent that you'll find an Arkansas connection.

Fayetteville has long served as a launching pad for aspiring coaches. It began under the legendary Frank Broyles, the namesake for the annual award given to the best assistant coach in college football.

Former Arkansas assistants have won seven Super Bowl titles, seven national championships and more than 30 major conference championships as head coaches. Two Pro Football Hall of Fame members coached the Razorbacks and 17 Super Bowls have included at least one head or assistant coach with a history at Arkansas.
