— Arkansas' men and women have the most number of entries into next week's NCAA Outdoor Championships.

The Razorbacks' women have 21 entries, while the men have 20 for the meet in Eugene, Oregon. The women are ranked No. 1 nationally and the men are No. 5 in the latest USTFCCCA poll, which is a computer projection of the number of points that will be scored at the national meet.

Of the 21 women's entries, six are in sprints and hurdles, five are in jumps, four in distance and combined events, and two are in relays.

The men's 20 entries are comprised in part of eight sprints and hurdles, and five jumps, although the Razorbacks only rank in the top 10 nationally in six events. Texas A&M is favored to win the outdoor championship on the men's side.

Arkansas' women have never won an outdoor title, while the men's last outdoor championship in 2005 was later abdicated because of NCAA rules violations.
