Arkansas wins NCAA bid for golf, indoor track championships

— Arkansas will host NCAA championship events in golf and indoor track in coming years, the NCAA announced Tuesday.

The 2019 NCAA Golf Championship for men and women will be played The Blessings Golf Club on May 17-22, 2019. It will be the first time the NCAA has hosted its championship event at the Razorbacks' home course. An NCAA regional was played there in 2013.

The 2021 NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships will be held at Randal Tyson Track Center on March 12-13, 2021. Arkansas last hosted the indoor meet in 2015.

Additionally, Arkansas will host an NCAA outdoor track and field preliminary at John McDonnell Field on May 23-25, 2019; an NCAA cross country regional on Nov. 15, 2019; and an NCAA gymnastics regional on April 2, 2022.
