Arkansas defensive ends Deatrich Wise (48) and Trey Flowers (86) celebrate after Wise sacked Texas quarterback Tyrone Swoopes during the Texas Bowl on Monday, Dec. 29, 2014, at NRG Stadium in Houston.

The Patriots drafted Deatrich Wise on Saturday in the fourth round - the second Arkansas defensive end drafted by the organization in the past three drafts. New England also selected Trey Flowers in the third round in 2015.

Flowers, who led the Patriots with seven sacks during the 2016 regular season and added 2.5 in a Super Bowl win over the Falcons, said he is looking forward to rejoining Wise on the field.

"I think it's a great addition to the team," Flowers said during an SEC Network interview Saturday. "He's a great guy and has a great motor. I'm looking forward to seeing him up there and looking forward to playing beside him."

Wise and Flowers were teammates for three seasons at Arkansas and started opposite one another in 2014.
