Future Razorback Mike Woods talked about signing with Arkansas and some of his friends, including highly touted junior quarterback Grant Gunnell, coming out to support him at his ceremony on Wednesday.
Woods, 6-2, 190 pounds, 4.43 in the 40-yard dash, of Magnolia, Texas, signed with the Razorbacks over scholarship offers from Virginia, Washington State, Minnesota, Texas Tech, Colorado State, Iowa State, Houston and others.
Arkansas offensive line signee Silas Robinson drove more than two hours from Yoakum, Texas to be at Woods' signing.
Woods said he and Gunnell, a Texas A&M commitment, have known one another since the 1st grade and remain very good friends.
