Arkansas at LSU: TV, weather and game info

LSU players celebrate with The Boot following a 38-10 win over Arkansas on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2016, in Fayetteville.

The 22nd Battle for the Golden Boot will be the earliest.

LSU has played only 11 morning home games since 1969, and none since 2011.

The 11 a.m. kickoff might benefit Arkansas some. Early games typically are not attended as well and not as noisy - and certainly not as intimidating as the legendary Saturday night crowds in Death Valley.

But the No. 24 Tigers are big favorites, and rightfully so. LSU played Alabama well last week in a 24-10 loss on the road and the Razorbacks have had to have two consecutive big second-half rallies to beat Ole Miss and Coastal Carolina - teams with losing records and interim head coaches.

WHERE: Tiger Stadium (102,321), Baton Rouge, La.

WHEN: 11 a.m., Saturday

RECORDS: Arkansas 4-5, 1-4 SEC; LSU 6-3, 3-2 SEC.

WATCH: The game will be televised by ESPN and streamed on the WatchESPN app and ESPN3.com.

ANNOUNCERS: Jason Benetti (play-by-play), Kelly Stouffer (commentary) and Julie Stewart-Binks (sideline).

WEATHER: The game time forecast for Baton Rouge calls for temperatures in the mid 60s, increasing to the low 70s by the end of the game. Winds will be out of the southeast at 5 mph and there is no chance of rain.

COACHES: Arkansas: Bret Bielema - 29-31 overall, 11-26 SEC, 2-2 vs. LSU in fifth season; LSU: Ed Orgeron - 12-5 overall, 7-4 SEC, 1-0 vs. Arkansas in first full season (served eight games as interim coach in 2016).

SERIES: LSU leads the all-time series 38-22-2, including 11-3-1 all-time in games played in Baton Rouge.

LAST MEETING: LSU beat Arkansas 38-10 on Nov. 12, 2016, in Fayetteville.

BETTING LINE: LSU is a 17-point favorite.
