College of the Canyons Coach Ted Iacenda praises DE Dorian Gerald

College of the Canyons Coach Ted Iacenda talked about what makes highly recruited defensive end Dorian Gerald special as a player and as a person on Recruiting Thursday.

Gerald, 6-3, 265 pounds of College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita, Calif., has more than 30 scholarship offers from schools like Arkansas, Texas A&M, Tennessee, Oklahoma and Alabama. He's ESPN's No. 1 defensive end and No. 4 overall junior college prospect in the nation. He'll finish his official visit to Fayetteville on Friday.

He’s previously visited Texas Tech, Louisville, Texas A&M and is expected to go to Florida this weekend.
