Arkansas women down Alabama, earn second SEC road win

The Arkansas women's basketball team earned its second road win in Southeastern Conference play on Sunday, downing Alabama 74-66 in Coleman Coliseum.

Four Razorbacks finished in double figures, led by senior Devin Cosper's 21 on 8 of 16 from the floor and 3 of 7 from deep. Malica Monk also finished with 17 points and five rebounds while Bailey Zimmerman added 11 and Kiara Williams had 10.

Alabama, which made just 1 of 10 3-point attempts in the loss, was led by Jordan Lewis' 22 points and 16 from Quanetria Bolton.

Arkansas used a 21-point second quarter to take a 40-26 lead into halftime, and led by as many as 19 points early in the fourth quarter. The win snaps a four-game conference losing streak dating back to Jan. 18.

The Razorbacks return home Thursday to face Tennessee at 7 p.m. on SEC Network+.
