The Razorbacks out-hit the Bison 12-3 and scored 14 runs despite stranding 16 runners.
Arkansas has won 24 consecutive season openers and 24 consecutive home openers. The Razorbacks have won all 22 home openers at Baum Stadium.

Arkansas 14, Bucknell 2 - End 8th Inning
Jack Kenley began last season 0-for-20, but he had an RBI double in his first at-bat of this season.
Kenley's hit scored Eric Cole, who reached on a leadoff walk. The Razorbacks eventually loaded the bases after a couple of hit-by-pitches but stranded three to end the inning.
Barrett Loseke will close the game for the Razorbacks.
Arkansas 13, Bucknell 2 - Mid 8th Inning
Freshman right-hander Bryce Bonnin gave up the first runs of the season after Bucknell's first three hitters of the eighth inning reached safely, one on an error by second baseman Casey Martin.
Dominic Toso's two-run single was Bucknell's third base hit. Jack Kenley and Martin turned a double play to end the half inning.

Heston Kjerstad's first game has been a memorable one. He was hit by a pitch to leadoff the seventh and later scored - his third run today.
Hunter Wilson added an RBI double later in the inning and Bucknell is making its fourth pitching change today.

Bucknell just recorded its first hit of the game against Kole Ramage, but the Bison still are not on the scoreboard. Ramage struck out two more and four strikeouts - eight total for Arkansas pitching.

Kole Ramage looked good in his first inning, striking out two of the three batters he faced. Bucknell has only two base runners all game.

Blaine Knight's day is over. The sophomore right-hander threw 67 pitches and didn't allow a hit. He finished with four strikeouts and two walks.
Freshman right-hander Kole Ramage is the new pitcher. Ramage has been compared to Kevin Kopps because of some good movement on his off-speed pitches.

The Razorbacks loaded the bases to force another pitching change in the fourth, and scored again on an Eric Cole fielder's choice RBI.

Freshman Heston Kjerstad is 3-for-3 after a third-inning single. Evan Lee followed with his second walk, but the Razorbacks weren't able to score for the first time today.
Blaine Knight is coming back to the mound for his fourth inning. Knight has not allowed a hit but has allowed two walks in three innings. He also has two strikeouts.
Arkansas 10, Bucknell 0 - Bottom 2nd Inning
Carson Shaddy's three-run home run has chased the second Bucknell pitcher of the game and this has the potential to be a long day at the park.
The Razorbacks have scored six runs so far in the second. Heston Kjerstad had another hit - a double - and Luke Bonfield singled to score Dominic Fletcher, who doubled to leadoff the inning.
Arkansas has seven hits so far to none for Bucknell. The Razorbacks have drawn six walks.

The Razorbacks have batted around in the first inning, thanks in large part to four walks from preseason Patriot League pitcher of the year Connor Van Hoose. The right-hander has issued three consecutive bases-loaded walks with the bases loaded and already is nearing 50 pitches.
Freshman Heston Kjerstad had the biggest hit of the inning, a two-out RBI single down the right field line to score Jax Biggers, who had a bunt single to leadoff the inning.

Blaine Knight issued only 20 walks last season, but he needed just at-bats issue a free pass in 2018.
Bucknell's John Paul Bell worked a nine-pitch walk. Bell fouled off three consecutive 2-2 pitches - including one that nearly snuck inside the right field line for a hit - during the at-bat. Knight got out of the jam with a flyout and a strikeout. Knight needed 18 pitches in the inning.
