SEC pregame show coming to Fayetteville for LSU game

SEC Network reporter Laura Rutledge and former Florida quarterback Tim Tebow are shown on the set of SEC Nation prior to a game between Vanderbilt and Alabama on Saturday, Sept. 23, 2017, in Nashville, Tenn.

— The SEC Nation pregame show will originate from the University of Arkansas campus prior to the Razorbacks' game against No. 3 LSU on Nov. 10.

The two-hour SEC Network program will air live from Lot 60 on the southwest side of Bud Walton Arena beginning at 9 a.m. The show features host Laura Rutledge and analysts Tim Tebow, Marcus Spears and Paul Finebaum.

This is the fourth time the show has scheduled a broadcast in Fayetteville. In 2014 the show originated from the Tyson Center north of the football stadium prior to the Razorbacks' game against Alabama; in 2015 it was aired from the Victory Village tailgate area north of the stadium prior to a season-opening game against UTEP; and in 2016 the stage was set up outside Old Main prior to a game between Arkansas and Florida.

Alabama and Florida both were ranked in the top 25 at the time of the show's airing in Fayetteville. The Razorbacks lost 14-13 to the No. 7 Crimson Tide in 2014, but defeated the No. 11 Gators 31-10 two years ago.

The start time and network for the Arkansas-LSU game will not be determined until after Saturday’s games. It is one of five games that is being held for a six-day option by the SEC’s network partners and could be played at 11 a.m. on CBS or ESPN, 2:30 p.m. on SEC Network, 6 p.m. on ESPN or 6:30 p.m. on SEC Network.

LSU (7-1, 4-1 SEC) is scheduled to host No. 1 Alabama on Saturday. The Razorbacks (2-7, 0-5) do not play this weekend.
