— Arkansas associate head coach Jeff Traylor removed his name from consideration for the head coaching vacancy at Stephen F. Austin on Friday, a source with knowledge of the decision said.

Traylor, a graduate of Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches, Texas, just finished his first season coaching the running backs for Coach Chad Morris.

The Lumberjacks are coming off a 2-8 season under interim coach Jeff Byrd after former UCA Coach Clint Conque resigned the position on Aug. 2.
