NOTEWORTHY: Arkansas quarterback Ty Storey is not expected to play in the game after suffering a head injury during the Razorbacks’ loss to Ole Miss last week. Freshman Connor Noland or redshirt sophomore Cole Kelley would get the start in place of Storey, who has started five times this season, including all four of the Razorbacks’ SEC games….Arkansas enters the game 1-6 overall, its worst seven-game start since Frank Broyles’ first team had the same record in 1958….Arkansas is looking to snap a nine-game losing streak against teams from the Football Bowl Subdivision. The Razorbacks’ last FBS win was 39-38 over Coastal Carolina last November….Tulsa, whose lone win this season was over Central Arkansas in the season opener, has lost 10 straight games against FBS competition since a win over Houston last October….Arkansas head coach Chad Morris got his college coaching start at Tulsa in 2010 when he was an offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the Golden Hurricane. He left for Clemson the following year….Morris was 1-2 against Tulsa while head coach at SMU from 2015-17. SMU defeated Tulsa 38-34 last season….Saturday is Arkansas’ homecoming game.
