— Arkansas coach Dave Van Horn provided a look at the Razorbacks' future schedules during his speech at Monday's Swatter's Club luncheon.

In 2020, Van Horn said the Razorbacks will play Texas, Baylor and Oklahoma at the Shriners Hospitals for Children College Classic at MinuteMaid Park in Houston, and will play midweek games at Oklahoma and Michigan State. It will be the third time Arkansas will play in the Shriners event, having also participated in 2012 and 2016.

Oklahoma and Michigan State will return to Fayetteville in 2021, Van Horn said. The schedule that year also will include an opening-weekend event against Texas, Texas Tech and TCU at the Texas Rangers' new ballpark in Arlington, Texas, and a weekend series at Louisiana Tech.

Van Horn said the Razorbacks have committed to playing in the 2022 Round Rock Classic in Round Rock, Texas. The Round Rock Classic will begin in 2020 and will be modeled after the Frisco (Texas) Classic, a four-team, six-game round robin schedule that includes teams only from Power 5 conferences.

A spokesperson for the Round Rock Classic said Pac-12 and Big Ten teams have also verbally committed to play in the 2022 event, but those teams cannot be disclosed because they have yet to sign contracts. The games will be played at the 11,631-seat Dell Diamond, the Triple-A home of the Houston Astros.

Arkansas previously had committed to play in the Frisco Classic in 2021, but will no longer play in the event that year because of the opportunity to play in the Rangers' new stadium. The Frisco and Round Rock events are owned by the same management company.
