NOTABLE Arkansas enters the series riding two long home win streaks. The Razorbacks have won 18 consecutive regular-season games at Baum-Walker Stadium, and 29 of the past 30. Arkansas also has won 18 consecutive games against non-conference opponents at home. The Razorbacks are 8-0 at home this season....The Razorbacks moved up two spots to No. 10 in this week's USA Today coaches' poll. Arkansas is one of 11 teams from the SEC in this week's poll, a record for most teams from the same conference in a single week. Louisiana Tech received votes in this week's poll....Louisiana Tech coach Lane Burroughs briefly worked for Arkansas coach Dave Van Horn, although the men never coached a game together. Burroughs was hired by Van Horn as an assistant coach at Northwestern State following the 1997 season. Van Horn accepted the head coaching job at Nebraska prior to the start of the 1998 season....Cody Scroggins, who is scheduled to start Sunday's game, tore his ulnar collateral ligament in the Razorbacks' last game against Louisiana Tech two years ago. Scroggins underwent Tommy John surgery later that month and missed the 2018 season....Louisiana Tech returns eight position players and all three weekend starters from last season's team that finished 39-20 but was left out of the NCAA Tournament.
