Louisiana Tech received votes in this week's poll....Louisiana Tech coach Lane Burroughs briefly worked for Arkansas coach Dave Van Horn, although the men never coached a game together. Burroughs was hired by Van Horn as an assistant coach at Northwestern State following the 1997 season. Van Horn accepted the head coaching job at Nebraska prior to the start of the 1998 season....Cody Scroggins, who is scheduled to start Sunday's game, tore his ulnar collateral ligament in the Razorbacks' last game against Louisiana Tech two years ago.
