— Former Arkansas offensive lineman Jason Peters was named to the NFL's official All-Decade team for the 2010s on Monday.

Peters, who spent the entire decade playing for the Philadelphia Eagles, is one of four offensive tackles on the All-Decade team. Other tackles on the team are Tyron Smith (Dallas Cowboys), Joe Staley (San Francisco 49ers) and Joe Thomas (Cleveland Browns).

Thomas is the only of the four tackles not currently in the NFL, although Peters, 38, is an unsigned free agent following his release from the Eagles last month.

In Philadelphia, Peters was a four-time All-Pro. He was also named to the All-Pro team twice as a member of the Buffalo Bills in 2007 and 2008. Peters has played in nine Pro Bowls.

Peters was undrafted out of Arkansas in 2004. He signed with the Razorbacks as a defensive lineman, but played the majority of his career as a tight end. He earned second-team All-SEC as a tight end as a junior in 2003 when he caught 21 passes for 218 yards and 4 touchdowns.

The Bills signed Peters as an undrafted free agent in 2004 and he was the team's starter at right tackle by the 2006 season.

Peters is the fourth former Arkansas player named to an NFL All-Decade team. The other three Razorbacks to receive the honor - receiver Lance Alworth (1960s), defensive tackle Dan Hampton (1980s) and safety Steve Atwater (1990s) - were elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
