Tschepikow’s SAC fly leads Hogs to extra-inning win

The Arkansas Razorbacks were able to pull out a late-night, extrainning win over Missouri State Tuesday at Hammons Field in Springfield, Mo.

Ben Tschepikow’s 10 th-inning sacrifice fly, scoring DH Chase Leavitt, provided the margin of victory in the Razorbacks’ 7-6 win.

Arkansas utilized four pitchers in the win. Shaun Seibert (2-0 ) picked up the win, giving up 3 hits and 1 earned run in two innings of work.

Arkansas out-hit Missouri State 12-11. UA first baseman Andy Wilkins picked up 2 hits and 2 RBIs on Tuesday.

The Diamond Hogs (16-11 ) return home to the friendly confines of Baum Stadium tonight to host Mississippi Valley State. First pitch is set for 6: 35 p. m.
