Wilson looks to summer

Tyler Wilson is selfish. He didn't take the millions of a first round pick because he wanted to come back a be a part of what I think will be the greatest Razorback season ever. That is putting his personal needs above that of the team....oh wait....it's the other way around. Sorry!

Tyler Wilson is awesome, and I've never been prouder of the way an athlete represents our University! And I don't mean on the field, although he does a dang fine job of that!

Notes connect dots for Petrino, Dorrell

I appreciate all your sentiments regarding the simmering release of details. But as professional journalists, they have to do their job. With the AP story headlining all major media outlets, AR reporters would be derelict in not reporting the same. They are in a no win situation. They have a job to do, as nasty as it is.

And, other local papers do dig in detail of other big programs. The folks that support UGA are absolutely sure the three top sports reporters there are traitors to the state and hate the Dogs. And Mark Richt has had no major controversies.

Assistants owed $2.6 million for 2012

Regardless of what you believe about the current staff, without a contracted Top Hog, players and recruits will wonder about their future. The best case scenario is hire a boss and keep the current staff for the year. He can evaluate them, and then bring in any improvements. At this point, he couldn't put together his own staff this year if he wanted to. Not too many interim situations have been successful in history.

And Mr. Long had better bring in a big name, either way. A slide in the momentum that Petrino has established will not be tolerated with an experiment. By no making of his own, he is in a lose/lose situation. I wish him wisdom, and a lot of luck. Proud to be a Razorback and Go Hogs!

Hogaholics off the wagon

Brummett is a wash out journalist from the Demo-Gazette wars. I think he focused on editorials and politics. He lost, and continues to hold a grudge against the loyal citizens of Arkansas. Pompous jerk loser he will always be! Well at least until he fades into oblivion. Oh wait, too late.

Long to address Petrino matter tonight

Petrino fired Petrino. But who cares about that. All I know is that the momentum must be continued. Better get the big money boys to pony up. The Hog Nation will settle for nothing less!

Long to address Petrino matter tonight

If Petrino is gone, Long better have Saban or such under contract. Otherwise, he's as good as gone himself.

Hogaholics off the wagon

John Brummett is, has been and will always be a self-righteous moron! But more importantly, he is a poor journalist. I read his work hoping that someday he will make a substantive statement but as he continues to fade into aged obscurity he leaves me unfulfilled.

Grand slam keys offensive revival

Go Hogs, let's turn this thing around!

AD not ready to set timetable

Coach Petrino made a big mistake, maybe innocently. Only he knows that. I think the deception lies in two things: his ego, which I believe comes from his background and experiences- stay guarded to protect yourself, and the circumstances- honor by protecting the innocence of others.

If Coach is found in violation of policies that requires he be terminated, Jeff Long had better hire the very best he can find (and I mean Grand Slam). The Razorback Nation will hold him accountable for any slippage in the momentum we are enjoying and require!

Arkansas lineman Peacock arrested

Sign of the times. No respect for anyone, including himself. Sorry, but you must move on! And I agree, it is truly sad.
