Our team and coaches seem to be handling this difficult situation better than most. I just wish the media would stick to questions about football and not personal issues. Try to make it as normal as possible for everyone involved.
Nick is a man, not a boy. Coach Petrino is not responsible for his son's actions. Most of us have had our grown children do things we do not condone. This should have been kept private.
I've been around Razorback football for many years. I remember when TCU was considered a win for us before the season even started. I know that Arkansas was thought of in that same way when we came to the SEC. Now, those same SEC teams are fearing the tusk! Love it! Love Petrino! Love those Hogs!!
Wally, I'm sort of disappointed in you for going to the Derby instead of the Razorback Spring Game. I know you love horse racing, but I just think that was a bad choice on your part. If I had had the chance, and I do love racing, too, I would have been at the Red-White Game to show my support and be a part of that history. Are you a true fan of the Hogs?! Just checking for understanding.......
Wally, why were you at that game instead of being in Bud Walton to witness greatness?! I'm surprised. I would have been there myself if I could have made the trip to Fayetteville. Go Hogs!
Ryan, thank you for being a strong contributor to our fantastic season and for the previous season, as well. You are awesome, and I pray that all the great things you deserve come your way! You have represented the University of Arkansas and the Hogs with class and sportsmanship, and you will never be forgotten! You gave us many exciting moments that will stay in my memories for a lifetime. I am really looking forward to being a fan of whatever team has the privilege of retaining your services!! Luv you, man!
