If I remember right, Al Maguire said, "It's Good" after Hale shot and before the ball hit the rim. He, like most announcers of that time, were enamored with the Tarheels.

I like Sonny Dykes, HC at Louisiana Tech. In four games, Louisiana Tech has beaten Houston, Rice, Illinois, and Virginia and scored 208 points in the process. If Louisiana Tech beats Texas A&M on Oct. 13, we will have another name to talk about.

Arkansas earns No. 10 ranking

They are ranked ahead of us because of their schedules, which reflect how much success they might have. Georgia is more likely to be in Atlanta than we are because they don't play ALA, LSU or us. SC is ranked ahead of us because our game with them is at their house and they don't have to play ALA. Its not entirely which team is the strongest. Its also which team has a better chance to be successful.

If you mean cubs as in "bad luck", then okay. But if you mean cubs as in "losers" or cubs as in "stuck on themselves for no reason at all", then you are way off base.
