I am very excited about Mallett staying
but we must not forget that we have a couple of very good backups available.
Arkansas should not forget the lesson of
Tex vs Ala when McCoy went down they had no replacement since they had the reg quarterback taking all the snaps even during blowout games trying to win the Heisman. Although his replacement
will soon be a super quarterback, he
was not quite ready for the pressure
he was placed in. I would love to see
Mallett win the Heisman, however I hope that our younger quarterbacks are also able to contribute.

LIKE IT IS: UA defense shows up when needed most
Zero for 13 on third down. A record thats likely to live in infamy from here to eternity. Not only were Razorback fans exposed to poor execution
but terrible play calling. Mix the two
and we are looking at a team that should have been beaten by ten points or better. Lets hope we learn from this debacle and come back strong next year.

Arkansas falls to Ole Miss, 30-17
Ole Miss took us to the woodshed and gave us an old fashion Butt kicking.
Not only did their offensive and defensive line dominate but their quarterback looked like a Pro compared to ours. Also do the Coaches know that they can call time-out when they see the clock running out.
