Three football Hogs arrested, charged with burglary

This is so deflating! We are on a razor thin edge - the Hogs could fall off one side and be 7-5 this coming year or they could reach great heights. It is that precarious! But dumb stuff like this is beyond stupid. I hope Tyler and Knile call a team meeting, put these three up front and then Tyler and Knile kick the living crap out of them and then turn to the rest of the team "You're next if...... Keep your act together this summer and let's win a championship". With CBP gone, the kids need to fear something - make the leaders of the team that they fear! And kick these bums off the team if proven guilty.

League-worst Georgia throttles Arkansas 81-59

Shameful, pitiful - the women's team could have done as well as this bunch tonight, maybe better. Something must be done - maybe find a little pride or self-respect and win on the road at least once this year. Time to grow up guys!

Wilson will remain at Arkansas

This is such great news! I started cheering and everyone in the office - i work in a "cube world" - looked up over their cubes and gave me the oddest looks!!!

I heard on the ESPN Austin radio yesterday that DGB was waiting on Tyler's decision before he announced his decision. The guys on ESPN Austin said that DGB narrowed his teams down to Texas and Arkansas and that the QB situation would determine his decision. If you know anything about UT, their QB situation is dreadful. Hopefully this is that final push for DGB to become a Hog! And when that happens I'll cheer again and get odd looks from my cube mates! GHG!

Arkansas pursuing swift receivers, Texas QB

Not encouraging, at least to me. If I recall LSU ran behind their left guard and tackle all game (right at RThomas and DDJones) and we couldn't stop them. And our depth at those positions is a fairly steep drop off at 2nd, 3rd string. While we are 2-3 deep at almost every position at WR. I cannot get away from the fact that a stout defense and a good running game wins championships - in the SEC and Nat'l. A passing game may be exciting and put up lots of yards/points (oh yeah except against good defenses like 'Bama and LSU) but a passing game doesn't win championships. Just my opinion but if we don't put more or equal emphasis on defense we won't win a championship in the SEC.

D---it, we need big fast strong LB's, DT's, and CB's (defensive players). We have enough WR's already!!! Jeez!

Arkansas defensive coordinator Willy Robinson recaps the Razorbacks' 41-17 loss to LSU Friday at Tig

There are two axioms/undeniable truths in the SEC. I for one have to admit that I drank the kool-aid. I thought that the Hogs behind CBP could somehow by-pass or circumvent the axioms of the SEC: (1) a great defense that can stop the run and (2) a great ground game will win championships in the SEC. I was wrong and as much as I hate it, CBP is wrong as well if he thinks he can have an average defense, an average ground game and a great passing offense and win championships in the SEC. If he doesn't change and start recruiting great defensive players (especially big, strong fast DL) and big OL - instead of 8 WR's like he has for the class of 2012 - then he will never win a championship in the SEC. Right now, HDN has 3 SEC West division titles, CBP has zero. If CBP doesn't change his recruiting focus, when all is said and done, HDN will have more titles than CBP. I hope CBP got the message this year!
