Seems the biggest problem was giving Bobby Petrino to much power. Maybe they should promote Paul Petrino to HC with the condition that he be able to bring Bobby in as the OC with no hiring and firing responsibility.
You can't fire him just because some people and ESPN don't like him. The only thing anybody knows for certain is, she rode on his motorcycle. That doesn't constitute a firing offense. And not telling Jeff Long the whole truth doesn't either.
An inappropriate relationship doesn't have to mean an affair. Obviously, if he had been forthcoming and told everybody immediately that he had a young woman passenger, everything would be fine. Oh that's right, it would be the same issue, because stone throwers don't care about truth. In their minds Perception is reality, especially when they think sex is involved.
