Arkansas Coach Bobby Petrino says Ryan Mallett had a good practice Saturday, but is the quarterback who is weighing the possibility of declaring for the NFL Draft showing up late for practices and/or meetings?

I've been in sales long enough to know how to read between the lines when someone answers a repeated question.
Ryan was late for practice. Nice to know that no matter who you are, the boss expects you to be on time.

Yea, right on UA87. I was actually laughing as he kept repeating the statement. He's got a sublte sense of humor if you watch closely sometimes. The answer was obvious. I also like that he said complimentary things too. You can tell he don't seem to carry a grudge about minor infractions but will get his point across if you don't follow the plan. I think if we are ever gonna have a shot at a national title, it'll be with this guy at the helm.
I like the guy, coach Petrino that is. He is much more loose and comfortable this year too. I really enjoy his press conferences much more than the other coaches. The guy knows his business and you can just feel it that he wants to win, and win big, but he's not the blow-hard-talk-about-it type. He wants it bad though, you can tell.
