— Arkansas’ eight-game regular-season soccer schedule was announced by the SEC on Wednesday.

The Razorbacks are scheduled to host LSU in their season opener Sept. 19, part of a four-game home schedule that also includes games against Texas A&M, South Carolina and Auburn.

Arkansas is scheduled to play road games at Kentucky, Alabama, Ole Miss and Mississippi State. All 14 SEC teams are scheduled to compete in the SEC Tournament in Orange Beach, Ala., in November.

The Razorbacks are the reigning regular-season champions in the SEC. Arkansas returns several starters — including leading scorers Anna Podojil Parker Goins and Taylor Malham, and All-SEC defender Hayley VanFossen — from its 2019 team that went 17-4-2 overall and 8-1-1 in SEC play, and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

Arkansas was scheduled to open the season last month, but the SEC suspended play before altering teams' schedules to include only conference games.
