NOTABLE Georgia has not released a depth chart for the game. The Bulldogs are expected to start either D’Wan Mathis or J.T. Daniels at quarterback. Daniels is the former starter at Southern Cal who suffered a torn ACL in the first game last season and had not been cleared to play as of Wednesday. Mathis has never started a college game….Arkansas will have players miss the game due to covid-19 protocols, coach Sam Pittman said this week. The Razorbacks have not said who will not play….Pittman was hired by the Razorbacks last December after spending four seasons as an offensive line coach at Georgia. Arkansas also hired Georgia special teams coordinator Scott Fountain to the same role….Feleipe Franks will be Arkansas’ sixth starting quarterback in the past six games….The Razorbacks have lost 19 consecutive SEC games dating to 2017. Arkansas has not defeated an SEC team on its home field since a 31-10 victory over Florida in November 2016….Attendance for the game will be limited to around 17,000, in accordance with protocols for large gatherings by the Arkansas Department of Health. Of those 17,000 tickets, 1,600 will be reserved for Arkansas students and 500 tickets will be reserved for Georgia fans….The Bulldogs have never lost a game in the state of Arkansas. Georgia has defeated the Razorbacks four times in Fayetteville, and won the last meeting between the teams in Little Rock in 2014….Arkansas and Georgia are scheduled to play again next season in Athens, Ga., as part of the SEC’s long-range schedule for out-of-division games. This year’s game was added this summer after the SEC switched to a conference-only schedule for the 2020 season….Arkansas is 9-44 vs. teams ranked in the AP Top 10 since the beginning of the 2000 season. The Razorbacks’ last victory over a top 10 team was 31-14 at then-No. 9 LSU in 2015.
