FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas climbed another spot in the United Soccer Coaches poll Tuesday.

The Razorbacks (11-2, 6-0 SEC) are ranked sixth this week after winning 1-0 in overtime at Vanderbilt over the weekend. Arkansas also defeated Alabama last week and has won 11 games in a row.

The No. 6 ranking is the Razorbacks’ highest since they reached No. 3 in the poll last October. Arkansas is the highest ranked of four SEC teams in this week’s poll, ahead of Tennessee (10), Ole Miss (18) and Auburn (23).

Arkansas is scheduled to play again Friday at home against Missouri. The Razorbacks enter that game with the top-ranked RPI in college soccer, a ratings index that helps determine seeding for the NCAA postseason.
