FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas’ men’s basketball team has added a pair of home games to its non-conference schedule for the upcoming season.

The Razorbacks are set to host Fordham on Friday, Nov. 11 and North Carolina-Greensboro on Tuesday, Dec. 6 at Bud Walton Arena in Fayetteville, according to game contracts obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request. Game times have not been determined.

Fordham, a member of the Atlantic 10 Conference, finished the 2021-22 season at 16-16 overall and 8-10 in league play. Last season marked the program’s first since 2015-16 in which it finished .500 or better.

In April, the Rams named Keith Urgo their head coach, replacing Kyle Neptune. Urgo served as an associate head coach with the program in 2021-22.

UNC-Greensboro was 17-15 last season and 9-9 in the Southern Conference in head coach Mike Jones’ first season after leaving Radford.

Fordham and UNC-Greensboro are the seventh and eighth known opponents on Arkansas’ upcoming non-conference schedule.

The Razorbacks are also scheduled to open the season Nov. 7 against North Dakota State; host San Jose State on Dec. 3; play Oklahoma in Tulsa on Dec. 10; and host North Carolina-Asheville on Dec. 21. Arkansas will open the Maui Invitational on Nov. 21 against Louisville, then play Texas Tech or Creighton the following day.

It will play its final game at the event on Nov. 23 against Arizona, Cincinnati, Ohio State or San Diego State.

Arkansas’ final non-conference game is at Baylor on Jan. 28 as part of the Big 12/SEC Challenge. It will be the Razorbacks’ first trip to Waco, Texas, since the teams were members of the Southwest Conference in January 1991.
