Arkansas-Auburn set for morning kickoff

FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas’ Oct. 29 game at Auburn will kick off at 11 a.m. on SEC Network, it was announced Monday.

It will be the Razorbacks’ third morning start of the season and second away from home. Arkansas defeated South Carolina 44-30 on Sept. 10 and lost 40-17 at Mississippi State on Oct. 8.

The game against the Tigers will be Arkansas’ third straight on the road.

The Razorbacks, who are 4-3 overall and 1-3 in SEC play, are off this weekend following a 52-35 victory at BYU last Saturday. Arkansas is 1-1 under Sam Pittman following a bye week, losing at Texas A&M in 2020 and defeating Mississippi State at home last season.

Auburn, in Year 2 under Bryan Harsin, is 3-4 overall and 1-3 in the SEC. The Tigers have lost three consecutive games, most recently at Ole Miss, and also have a bye this weekend.

Auburn has won the last six meetings between the programs by an average of 29 points. Arkansas' last win at Auburn came in 2012.
