Quarterback Jacoby Brissett will transfer from Florida and his top choices are West Virginia, Louisville, Arkansas and North Carolina State, according to Jason Lieser of the Palm Beach Post.
Brissett started three games in two seasons and lost an open competition with Jeff Driskel before this season. Brissett completed 41 of 74 passes for 455 yards with three touchdowns and four interceptions.
