Hill and Gragg pre-visit tidbits

Will Gragg

As reported Tuesday evening, North Little Rock receiver K.J. Hill and Dumas tight end Will Gragg will visit Arkansas for Saturday's scrimmage. They plan to arrive on Friday and leave on Sunday.

Both have similar things they want to see while in Fayetteville.

Hill and Gragg are anxious to watch the scrimmage and see how the Hogs execute and the progress made from last year.

They also plan to watch for progress during the season.

Gragg said he communicates with Coach Bret Bielema and tight ends coach Barry Lunney Jr. on a daily basis. He said he usually talks to position coaches or recruiting coordinators at other schools, but not the head coach.

Hill hears from Bielema, offensive coordinator Jim Chaney, receivers coach Michael Smith and Lunney everyday. He said he feels very wanted.

Both say they hear from quarterback Ty Storey of Charleston, tight end C.J. O'Grady of Fayetteville, receiver Deon Stewart of Highland and tight end-defensive end JaMario Bell of Junction City about staying in-state almost daily. They said the Hog commitments are making an impact on them.

Hill mentioned Alabama being in his top two after visiting the Tide Aug. 1-2, but isn't ready to reveal the second school.

Gragg plans to announce his decision Nov. 18. Hill said he's considering making a commitment on his birthday Sept. 15. If he does make a a commitment, he said it's likely he'll take his official visits.
