Robinson to the Hogs

Arkansas linebackers coach Randy Shannon works during a spring practice in Fayetteville.

Receiver Jojo Robinson has committed to Arkansas and will sign a national letter of intent with the Hogs.

Robinson, 6-0, 186 pounds, 4.4 seconds in the 40-yard dash, of Miami Northwestern High School had scholarship offers from Florida State, Miami, TCU, Auburn, LSU and others.

He officially visited the Hogs on Jan. 24.

National recruiting analyst Tom Lemming of CBS Sports Network likes Robinson’s playmaking ability and rates him a 3-star plus prospect.

“JoJo shows All American ability at receiver,” Lemming said. “he catches the ball with his hands and isn’t afraid to go over the middle. He does a good job of getting open and is good of avoiding the jam at the line.”
