O'Grady said his mother wanted him to commit on the spot but he wants to evaluate his recruiting before making a decision.
His late father, Larry Marks lettered for the basketball Hogs from 1988 to 1990.
He said wants to go to a school that will utilize the tight end like Arkansas. Bielema told him the Hogs had two tight ends on the field 48% of the time last season.
Tight ends coach Barry Lunney Jr. also stressed how important academics were at Arkansas.
The players lounge and locker rooms in the football complex wowed him.
O'Grady said he has a chance to play in the Under Armour All American game and would like to announce his college decision at the game.
