Offensive lineman Derek Brown of Katy, Texas and his mother loved the visit. He liked how Arkansas only invited a small number of prospects and that gave him and the others more time with the coaches.

Offensive line coach Sam Pittman impressed he and his mother by saying he wants guys that want to major in engineering and play football. Pittman doesn't want players that drop a major because it's too difficult. Brown plans to make in petroleum engineering.
