— Trey Killian's tough-luck season continued Friday night in Oxford, Miss.

The right-hander tossed an eight-inning complete game as the Razorbacks fell to No. 11 Ole Miss 3-2. It was his fourth complete game and fifth one-run loss this season.

Ole Miss got on the board in the third inning on an RBI-single by Auston Bousfield. The Rebels extended their lead with a two-run fourth inning, thanks to a pair of RBI hits by J.B. Woodman and Will Jamison.

Killian's only run support came in the fifth inning, when Tyler Spoon hit a two-run triple.

However, that was the last hit Arkansas could manage. The Razorbacks put two runners on base in the sixth inning, but couldn't plate either of them and the Rebels retired the last 12 Arkansas batters in order.

Chris Ellis earned the win by giving up six hits while walking three batters and striking out two in six innings of work. Aaron Greenwood pitched three perfect innings in relief.

Arkansas and Ole Miss will play the second game of the series Saturday. First pitch is scheduled for 2:15 p.m. and will air on FSN.
