Dallas Keuchel allowed one run during a two-inning start for the American League in the MLB All-Star Game on Tuesday in Cincinnati.

Keuchel worked a perfect first inning before allowing a run in his final inning on the mound. Paul Goldschmidt led off the second inning with an infield single and advanced to second base on a throwing error. He scored on Jhonny Peralta's RBI single.

The left-handed Keuchel struck out one batter and induced four groundouts. He leads the AL this season in groundouts.

Keuchel also had a wild pitch. He was the second former Arkansas pitcher to start the All-Star Game. Cliff Lee started for the AL in 2008 before going on to win the Cy Young Award.
