Edrick Floreal was chosen to coach the Team USA men's track team at the World Championships Tuesday.
The former Arkansas track star and current Kentucky track and field coach will lead the team during the event that lasts Aug. 22-30 in Beijing, China.
This is not the first time Floreal has coached Team USA, as he was an assistant during the 2012 Summer Olympics and 2002 World Junior Championships.
During his career at Arkansas, Floreal won five NCAA triple jump titles and four NCAA team championships.
