Arkansas associate head coach Sam Pittman during media day Sunday, Aug. 11, 2013 at the Fred W. Smith Football Center in Fayetteville.

Arkansas is under consideration for a visit from one of the nation's top junior college prospects.

Snow College offensive line coach Rafe Maughan said Arkansas is in the mix for highly regarded offensive tackle Garett Bolles and is being considered for a visit. Hog offensive line coach Sam Pittman visited the school during the spring evaluation period.

Bolles, 6-5, 303, 4.84 is closing in on 20 offers from schools like Arkansas, Alabama, Florida State, Auburn, Oklahoma and others. He played outside linebacker and defensive end in high school and played offensive tackle for the first time this past season. He arrived at Snow College weighing 270.

He was committed to BYU but recently reopened his recruiting. Video highlights CLICK HERE

Alabama, Oklahoma State and Arkansas State are expected to attend Pulaski Robinson's first spring practice today to check on Arkansas athlete commitment T.J. Hammonds and sophomore offensive lineman Sanderson Hines.

Arkansas tight ends coach Barry Lunney Jr. and offensive coordinator Dan Enos planned to visit Monday for what was supposed to be the Senator's first spring practice. The practice was cancelled because Robinson's baseball team played in the regionals.

Lunney and Enos plan to visit the school next week.
