Receiver Tyrie Cleveland, who has more than 40 offers, plans to visit Arkansas.

One of the nation's top receivers is planning to visit Arkansas in the near future.

Receiver Tyrie Cleveland said he plans to visit the Hogs in June.

Cleveland, 6-3, 190, 4.38 seconds in the 40 yard dash, has more than 40 offers. He has recorded times of 10.50 seconds in the 100 meters and 21.9 in the 200. Defensive backs coach Clay Jennings is his lead recruiter. Video highlights CLICK HERE

As reported on Wednesday, defensive end Caleb Roddy no longer considers Arkansas as his top school. Last night, he said he didn't have a leader.

Roddy, 6-5, 241, 4.9 seconds in the 40 yard dash, of Denham Springs, (La.) said he still plans to take an official visit to Fayetteville.

California offered Pine Bluff defensive lineman John Tate after visiting the school on Wednesday. He also has offers from Louisville, Ole Miss, Arkansas State and others.

La.-Monroe visited Prairie Grove to check on tight end Dylan Soehner on Wednesday while Indiana, La. Tech and Memphis watched practice. California is expected to visit today. Arkansas tight ends coach Barry Lunney Jr. visited the school on Monday.

Little Rock Parkview defensive lineman Kenyon Jackson, 5-11, 290 received an offer from Harding on Wednesday. Arkansas Tech offered last week.

Arkansas defensive coordinator Robb Smith visits the school of linebacker Jalen Cochran on Wednesday.

Cochran, 6-4, 230, 4.79 seconds in the 40 yard dash, of Canton, (Mich.) High School has eight scholarship offers from schools like Iowa, Central Michigan, Miami of Ohio, Toledo and others. Quarterback coach and offensive coordinator Dan Enos visited the school on May 4.

The Hogs are showing strong interest and he could be a a candidate for an offer sometime down the road.

Lunney visited Bryant on Wednesday to check on defensive lineman Cameron Murray, who has offers from Arizona, Arkansas State, North Texas and La. Tech.
