— Arkansas’ women’s team moved from No. 3 to No. 1 in the the latest United States Track and Field Cross Country Association’s poll Monday.

The Razorbacks moved ahead of defending NCAA champion Oregon, which fell from No. 2 to No. 6, and LSU, which dropped to No. 3.

It marked the fourth time Arkansas’ women have been ranked No. 1.

At the Texas Relays last weekend, Arkansas swept the heptathlon as Taliyah Brooks, Payton Stumbaugh and Alex Gochenour finished first, second and third. At the Stanford Invitational, Jessica Kamilos won the 3,000-meter steeplechase and Dominique Scott won the 5,000.
