Arkansas to host 2016 SEC cross country meet

Arkansas will host the SEC Cross Country Championships on Oct. 28 and the NCAA South Central Regional on Nov. 11 at the Agri-Park course in Fayetteville, the UA announced Wednesday.

The Chile Pepper Racing Festival will be Oct. 1 at the Agri-Park course.

Arkansas last hosted the SEC meet in 2004. The Razorbacks' men have won six consecutive SEC championships, while the women have won three straight meets.
