Senior guard Daryl Macon was named Co-SEC Player of the Week on Monday following a pair of 20-point efforts against Georgia and Oklahoma State.

He shares the award with Auburn's Mustapha Heron, who averaged 17.5 points and 10 rebounds last week.

Macon is the first Razorback to win the award three times in a single season and four times in a career.

He averaged 23.5 points, shot 52 percent from the floor and finished 9 of 17 from 3-point range in the wins. Macon scored Arkansas' final 16 points in a double-overtime win in Athens and was the lone player in double figures in Saturday's win over the Cowboys.

The Little Rock native is averaging 16.6 points per game this season, good for second on the team behind Jaylen Barford's 18.8.

Arkansas returns to Southeastern Conference play Tuesday at Texas A&M. Tipoff is set for 8 p.m. on ESPNU.
