FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas, as a result of its win over Alabama on Saturday, will face Florida in the second round of next week's Southeastern Conference Tournament in Nashville, Tenn.

The game will tip off at noon on Thursday and be broadcast on SEC Network. The winner will move on to face LSU. Arkansas, which finished SEC play 8-10, is the No. 9 seed while the Gators represent the 8 seed.

Florida beat Arkansas 57-51 in the teams' only regular season meeting in Bud Walton Arena in January. Arkansas native Kevaughn Allen led the Gators with a team-high 18 points and Razorbacks guard Mason Jones set a then-career high with 30 points in the loss.

"I really can't even say a lot about playing Florida," Arkansas forward Daniel Gafford said Saturday of the matchup. "I'm just going to let y'all wait and see."
