Cole Carson is one of three offensive linemen committed to Arkansas and one of 19 pledges in the 2021 class.

He chose the Razorbacks over scholarship offers from Auburn, Vanderbilt, Ole Miss, Arizona, Colorado, Duke, Southern Miss and others in April.

Nickname: The BIGN

School/City: Bogata (Texas) Rivercrest

Height: 6-6

Weight: 290 pounds

Bench max: 315 pounds

Squat max: 500 pounds

Number of years playing football: 10 years playing rebel ball. I'm the only senior to be playing since 2nd grade.

School or schools that intrigued me other than Arkansas: Baylor and Auburn

I committed to Arkansas because: Coach (Sam) Pittman and Coach (Brad) Davis are master O-line coaches. This year’s draft was an example of why.

In college, I plan to major in: Agriculture education and communications

Football is a great sport because: The hitting and the winning

Best football moment: Starting my freshman year and help to win the first playoff game in school history

My favorite play and describe: Pancaking No. 54 from Deleon in the area-round championship game

Favorite uniform color/combo: Our grey on grey

Team entrance song, if you could pick: I like a calm, business-type entrance so we can go to work
