FAYETTEVILLE — For Cooper Williams, the decision to sign with Arkansas’ track and field program was a no brainer.
Williams, a state champion in the high jump at Fayetteville, signed a national letter of intent with the Razorbacks on Wednesday at Bulldog Arena at Fayetteville High School.
